I've been quietly testing a way for people to actually get a digital product business up and running without any need for payment processors, a website or anything complicated.
And then I thought about the one thing that stops people in their tracks - how to actually create a product in the first place.
In Mini Digital Empire I am giving you a product to get started with.
I will have a variety of products for you to get started with, and so can get to the fun part - getting it ready for sales.
The platform to make that happen is Gumroad - a super popular platform that many product creators flock to. And there is something awesome about that - you don't need Paypal or Stripe. That alone makes this levels easier than other platforms!
This is a 3 week live coaching course.
We will meet on Zoom once per week and you will have everything you need to get going.
Thursdays: July 3th, 10th, and 17th. All sessions begin at 12pm Eastern.
Sessions run about 90 minutes give or take.
The sessions are recorded and you can watch later in the members area if unable to attend.
I've coached hundreds of people in getting going with an online business and I've noticed that the first step has been the hardest - coming up with a product to release. In Mini Digital Empire I am removing this burden. I am creating the products.
Follow along as I put a real product up for sale in minutes
This will be some mix of digital products of course - planners, journals, affirmation packs, graphics packs, prompt packages, etc. The exact offerings are being worked out now. Each attendee will have their own that others will not have.
- A done for you digital product. There will be several to choose from.
- No sales page or website needed. Gumroad has a built in sales page feature.
- Easy to set up. Just need the description (chat can make this for you) and two graphics (templates provided).
- Have payments sent direct to your bank (no Paypal or Stripe needed).
- This could be the start of your mini digital empire. Getting the first product out is the beginning.
Sales on Gumroad
Don’t overthink your first product! - just pick one and launch it.
The preferred platform to sell on is Gumroad. For this particular training I am focusing on Gumroad exclusively. I have been using it for a few weeks now and it is easy to use and you can have payments sent direct deposit to your bank. This is how I have been using Gumroad.
Also Gumroad has their Discovery Marketplace where your products can be seen. You do need to get a one time approval to be in the public marketplace, which I will go over in the sessions.

Doesn't matter. The only thing required is a connection to the internet. This is a cloud based membership website.
Tell me more about Gumroad.
Gumroad is a sales hosting platform that is also a merchant of record (MOR). This means payments are handled by Gumroad, which makes it easier for you to sell on there. You don't need PayPal or Stripe. You can use a PayPal account if you have one. This gives people the ability to pay for your products using their PayPal account. The ability to pay using a debit or credit card is what Gumroad takes care of.
Payments done with the PayPal option go to your PayPal account upon completion of the sale - and you have access to your money. Sales made direct via Gumroad Debit/Credit option goes into holding for a one week period and then gets sent to your bank, You need to have met the threshold amount of just $10.
How easy is it to get a product setup on Gumroad?
Very easy! Gumroad has their built in sales pages. You don't have to design anything. Just fill in the pertinent info (product name, price, etc.). There is a description to put in and I have had ChatGPT write those for me - very quick and easy to do.
Does the done for you products come with commercial rights?
They are 100% yours to do with whatever you wish.
What types of products are you including for me to use?
I am working that out now, as I need to see how many people sign up for the training. More or less will be Canva templates, digital planners, prompt packages, graphics packages, kindle/puzzles, etc. The point of these is so you can get going right away with getting a product up for sale. I expect that getting one done will make it easy for creating more and building a digital product business.
Will everyone end up with the same product?
No. You may end up with a similar product but nothing that is exact as another person is using.
